Cancellation of services
No result – no charge: if we are unable to drill for water or provide any other service for any reason, you will not be charged for the work we do not do. Cancellation notice: If you wish to cancel the service you have ordered, please inform us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date. In this case, no charges will apply. Late cancellation: if the cancellation takes place less than 48 hours before the start of the work, we reserve the right to claim compensation for expenses incurred.
Quality guarantee
2-year guarantee: we offer a 2-year guarantee on all our work and materials. If any problems arise with the quality of our work during this period, we will make the necessary corrections at no extra charge.
Compensation
Unforeseen circumstances: If, after completion of the works, any defects or problems related to our services arise, please contact us immediately. We will assess the situation and, if the problem is our responsibility, make the necessary corrections or offer compensation. Customer satisfaction: your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us so that we can resolve the situation in a mutually acceptable manner.
Exceptions
Misuse or maintenance: damage caused by misuse, maintenance or third party interference is not covered by the warranty and refunds. Forces of nature and force majeure: We cannot accept liability for damage caused by forces of nature (e.g. floods, earthquakes) or other acts of God.
